Healing Studio ("Healy", "we") is a browser game made by Healy. This page explains what information the game stores and why.
What we store
- On your device: game progress, pets, coins, gems, settings and language. This stays in your browser's local storage and is not sent anywhere unless you sign in.
- When you sign in with Google: your Google account ID, display name, email address and profile picture, used only to recognise you and save your progress on our server so you can play on several devices.
- When you sign in as a guest: a random guest ID with no personal information.
- Gameplay data on our server: level, experience, coins, gems, Sound Bath scores and the weekly leaderboard entry (your display name and level only).
- Payments: handled entirely by the payment provider you choose (PayOS, MoMo or Stripe). We never see or store card numbers or bank details; we only receive a confirmation that an order was paid.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your microphone: bowl sounds are generated inside the game.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage and one cookie to remember your language and keep you signed in. No advertising cookies are used.
Your rights and deleting your account
You can sign out at any time from the account panel in the game.
Delete your account in the game or app: open your Healer profile (tap your avatar), then tap Delete account twice. Your account and all game data stored on our server are removed immediately, and game data on your device is cleared. Payment records required for accounting are kept without your name or email.
If you can no longer open the game, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account within 7 days.
